I'm a Holistic Nutritionist and a certified Primal Health Coach that specializes in helping women leverage diet and lifestyle to make a smooth transition into menopause and to create a strong foundation of health in midlife and beyond. I provide women with nutrition counseling and health coaching one-on-one as well as in a group setting.
